Challenge
As the QuickBooks design team scaled globally we wanted all new hires to not only feel welcome but also to feel like they were setup for success.
Outcome
All international new hires received a welcome kit with introductions to employees from other locations and tools like Slack and Mural that were especially important for global collaboration.
